My co-author Ad van de Gevel made some early predictions about the future of Artificial Intelligence in a short book, The Nexus Between Artificial Intelligence and the Economy, that we published in 2013. Some predictions turned out to be correct and some did not, but the book did correctly anticipate that AI was going to be highly transformative to the economy and society.
